The Contenders will meet in the Auditorium at 9:45 AM this Sunday, Feb. 1st, to hear Dr. J.C. House. For the second year in a row, Dr. House is the guest preacher for the annual Stewardship Conference at Faith Baptist Church. Everyone is welcome.

In his 27th year as a full-time evangelist, Dr. House will make practical applications from the Holy Bible that will bless our church and your family. Don’t miss a moment of the conference which will also meet  Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday nights at 7PM.

Regular Sunday School will resume in the new building conference room on Feb. 8th.

Experience Queen Elizabeth Park with the Stensaas Family and several from their ministry in their last video of 2014.

Read the Stensaas’ Prayer letter here and find out more about the Stensaas on their website. They have several needs including translating the Bible, learning the language (Lhukonzo), more sign language interpreters, and starting a church in Kasese.

Contenders: Meet in Auditorium for Sunday School on Sept. 14

The Contenders Sunday School class will meet in Faith Baptist Church’s Main Auditorium this Sunday, September 14th, to hear Dr. Tom Sooter.  We will meet again in Bldg 7 the following Sunday, Sept. 21st to resume our study of Paul’s influence.

Don’t miss a moment of the Prophecy Revival.  Dr. Sooter will be preaching on biblical prophecy all day Sunday (Sunday School, Main Service, and Evening Service) as well as Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday evenings at 7PM.  With the Middle East in turmoil and Israel being attacked, this is no time to be ignorant of the Bible’s prophecies of the End Times!

For more information on Dr Sooter and his ministry, visit Spiritual Warfare.

Weather may change tonight’s class activity

Last night, the Mobile BayBears were rained-out pushing tonight’s start time to 5PM.  Given the chance for rain tonight, it is possible that the game(s) will be postponed again (but I’m still holding out hope).

The call on the class activity will be made not later than 3:00PM.  If we still go to the BayBears, be at Hank Aaron Stadium at 4:30PM (travel time from church is 1 hour–in good weather).

The alternate activity will be at 5PM at Fox’s Pizza Den, 3179 Mallet Road in D’Iberville.  This is right next door to Lazer Craze which has video games, putt-putt, and laser tag.

Plan to watch the BayBears with the Contenders on July 19th!

Plan ahead, this is an adults-only activity.  No children are allowed!
